My name is Scott and I am the owner and the karaoke host of
The KaraokeXperience. Way back in the '90's, I was stationed
at Grand Forks, AFB in North Dakota. Being in North Dakota -
out in "the middle of nowhere..." there was not a lot of stuff
to do when I wasn't working - other than going to clubs and
bars. One club I frequented had something called, "Karaoke."
Well, I have always enjoyed singing and thought it would be
fun to get up and try a song or two. So, I got up there and
belted out a few "oldies but goodies" from the 50's and I was
hooked! I would go sing Karaoke at least once a week if not
more often. I had a blast!
After I got out of the Air Force, I came back home to California
and lived in Winters for a few years. They had a little "Irish
Pub" and did Karaoke a few times during the week. I got
involved with singing there and after a while, filled in for the
KJ (Karaoke Jockey) on nights when they couldn't make it.
Again, I had a blast!
Fast forward about 10 years later, and I finally got up the
nerve to purchase a Karaoke system and go into business for
myself.
This is a passion of mine and I love to meet other people with
the same kind of passion about singing that I have. So, if you
